My Approach

I have a multi-faceted approach to healing. This consists of a combination of hypnosis, imagework, parts and forgiveness therapy, NLP, and EFT.

While hypnotherapy is known for its rapid and often miraculous results, it is critical for the client to be an active participant in the healing process.

For hypnotherapy to be effective, it's suggested that you use self-hypnosis and listen to your CD's on a daily basis.  Everyone learns self-hypnosis as part of the therapeutic process.  Learning self-hypnosis will benefit you for the rest of your life.
